Terms of service.

Using this website

By using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Scope of service

Climate Pros Tucson is a referral service. It does not perform HVAC work, hold a contractor license, or set the price of the work. The content on this site is informational. Rebate amounts, utility rates and program rules change, so confirm them with the program (for example TEP or Trico) or the contractor before you rely on them. The written quote from the company you hire is the price for that work. Nothing on this site is a contract or a promise of any outcome.

Work you hire a company to do

Any HVAC work is between you and the company you hire. That company's own quote or written agreement, not this site, sets the price, warranty terms, cancellation policy and payment terms. Before you hire anyone, you can check their license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors at roc.az.gov.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including written copy, images and branding, belongs to Climate Pros Tucson unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites (utility and rebate programs, government agencies, manufacturer documentation and similar). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

Information on this site is provided as-is without warranty. Work performed by a pro you hire is governed by that pro's own agreement with you, and any liability for the work sits with the pro who performed it. For DIY advice on the blog, follow it at your own discretion and stop if anything feels unsafe.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
